About “RRGraph Free Service”
We are committed to giving the free design service every month beginning this year. This shows our gratitude to everyone, especially our clients, who always encourage and support us in surviving this extraordinary time. We have realized that we are fortunate enough as a small presentation design agency. Even when the pandemic struck many businesses so severely, we can remain sustainable and stable.
We choose the project depending on the content itself and to whom it will be presented. Being lucky for such a thing, our team will assist you in elevating the value of a presentation through the design. We will fix your presentation slides to stay on brand. It doesn’t matter if you need to make a small polish or redesign your entire presentation. We will make it happen. And it is all free.
Who can apply?
Everyone can apply. We don’t limit this opportunity to particular organizations, so any business and community can get the impact of this service thoroughly. We also cover a wide range of free presentation design service and topics, from education, artificial intelligence, and even the latest Japanese Indie music. However, applicants can send 15 slides at max for each project, which keeps the quality of our work.
How to join?
1. Submit
Submit your project by fill the form here or clicking the button below. Fifteen slides are maximum for each project.
2. Process
We will work on it within a few days and send it back. You may give feedback, and we will revise it if needed.
3. Launch
Get the new look of your slides. Recommend this program to your friends and get $90 access to our marketplace.

Client: Caterpillar (CAT)
Content Detail
Before :
This is a construction work project. There are multiple contents needed to be made. For instance, world map mocks up, images gallery, etc., should be made in yellowish gradation color. Conclusion: there’s also included a brief short example of its content and expectations.
After :
The result is 22 slides in total. We add some tractor, engine, and machine photos to stand out from its branding. Our concept is bright yet bold, which is beneficial to reducing multi-focus for its contents. All of the features we made are fully editable.
